- A plain-English description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- A link to a screenshot or a short screen recording if the issue is visual.
What the six months covers
- Install, configuration and compatibility help.
- Bug fixes for the supported version of WordPress and UserPro.
- Help integrating UserPro with its documented add-ons.
Support does not cover custom development. If you need custom work, use the services request page instead.
