Responsibilities
- Answer UserPro support tickets and forum threads
- Reproduce and document bugs for the developers to pick up
- Write tutorials and short how-to articles
- Flag recurring product issues back to the development team
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- 1+ year of daily WordPress use, admin and front-end
- Fluent written English
- Strong technical aptitude and a patient tone
- Resourceful and flexible when issues do not fit a script
