Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to take care of UserPro customers across the tickets system and forum.

Responsibilities

  • Answer UserPro support tickets and forum threads
  • Reproduce and document bugs for the developers to pick up
  • Write tutorials and short how-to articles
  • Flag recurring product issues back to the development team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • 1+ year of daily WordPress use, admin and front-end
  • Fluent written English
  • Strong technical aptitude and a patient tone
  • Resourceful and flexible when issues do not fit a script
