UserPro is sold through CodeCanyon and all refunds are handled through the Envato refund system. This page explains when a refund is available and how to request one.
How refunds work
Refund requests are submitted from your CodeCanyon account on the UserPro item page. Envato reviews each request against its published refund rules and processes the refund back to the original payment method if the request qualifies.
The full Envato Market refund rules are at help.market.envato.com.
When a refund is approved
- The downloaded file is missing major functionality that the item description or preview promised.
- The plugin has a security issue that makes it unsafe to run, and we are unable to fix it inside the six month support window.
- The plugin does not work as described, cannot be made to work with reasonable effort, and the issue has been raised with support first.
When a refund is not approved
- You changed your mind after downloading or installing the plugin.
- The plugin did not meet your expectations.
- You bought the wrong item by mistake and used it before asking for a swap.
- Your hosting environment does not meet the stated requirements.
- You can no longer access the item because it has been removed. Download your purchases as soon as you receive them to avoid this.
Before you request a refund
Please open a support request through the CodeCanyon author profile first. Most issues are installation related and we can usually fix them in a single support round.
