According to European Law of GDPR, UserPro plugin has these functions or that was added to make UserPro GDPR compliant:
1. From UserPro version 4.9.22 double-opt-in setting should be mandatory in UserPro and MailChimp integration (for newsletter subscriptions).
2. UserPro plugin has data exporter to see all registered user data report. Please generate this report in CSV format (UserPro -> Import/Export Users).
3. We updated our Privacy Policy, updated our site to the latest WordPress version (4.9.6.) which is GDPR compliant and added cookie plugin to be fully prepared to GDPR while communicating with our clients. Our plugin and our website did not save IP addresses never before, regardless of GDPR come into force on 25 May, 2018.
What you have to do to have GDPR compliant website using UserPro plugin?
1. For the user consent, you should create Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages and add the checkbox to ask your user to confirm that before registering (UserPro -> Registration Settings tab -> Allow Terms & Conditions Text Before Registration).
2. If you are using social logins to log in to your website, you should create a page with the privacy policy and add this page link in social networks apps settings, please see the screenshots:

Your privacy policy link will be added to social login pop-up and the user will confirm it with one login button. Let us know if any more unanswered questions left.
3. Members who registered to your site using our plugin always had “the right to be forgotten” always before. The site admin can allow users to delete their profiles, enabling this setting UserPro -> Profile settings -> Allow users to delete their profiles. All user data will be deleted after this action. Anyway, all user data collected using our plugin are saved in your database and FTP, therefore the site admin should take care of site security.
